palette realty was founded in 2024 by kelsey laroche, following her decade-long tenure navigating intricate transactions for her clients throughout southern california- from luxury beachfront properties, quaint condos in the city, custom single-family homes and new developments, to a cabin the snow-capped san bernardino mountains, she’s become an expert in all forms of real estate. after building a solid foundation and cultivating her creative sphere of influence, she decided it was time to brand off and start her own journey- beginning with a seedling of an idea called “house talk : a quarterly meetup for the real estate-curious,” she quickly realized the need and desire for quality, trustworthy and knowledgeable agents in this ever-changing landscape.

kelsey’s value lies in the immense trust that others have in her to guide them through the ups and downs of this often fickle industry. she started palette with support from her friends, family, clients and colleagues.

her passion for real estate began at a young age when her grandmother, a Haitian immigrant, taught her the importance and the value of self-sufficiency and independence in an ever-changing world. kelsey is now a real estate investor, with a portfolio spanning across southern california. she wants palette to be a beacon of hope and a learning platform for all, regardless of their background or where they come from. palette aims to level the playing field by providing access to resources and knowledge to empower everyone to find a place to call home.
